My name is Kris Wisniewski and I am excited to work as a speech language pathologist at NHCS. I received both my Bachelor of Arts Degree (1998) and my Master of Science Degree (2000) in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. During my 18+ year career, I have worked in a variety of settings including Birth to Three, schools, hospitals, and adult home health care with clients ranging in age from only a few days old through the geriatric population.
I have been providing speech therapy at NHCS since 2011. At NHCS, speech therapy services focus on speech sound production, language comprehension and expression, the social use of language, and cognition. I truly enjoy my work and I feel honored to help the students of NHCS develop their speech and language skills. It is awesome to see this development that comes from a lot of hard work and dedicated practice.
My husband Shawn and I joined New Hope Church in 2000 and we love being a part of the New Hope Family with our children Claire and Mark. In addition to my work at NHCS, I also work part time as a speech language pathologist for ThedaCare.
